In year of 2013 alone, BCT has received CE mark Class IIb certification for KoCarbon® Hydrophilic Wound Dressing, CE mark Class Is certifications for KoCarbon® Occlusive Wound Dressing and KoCarbon® Medical Bandage, and most notably, China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) Class III certification for KoCarbonAg® Silver Bandage which is one of the few silver-containing wound dressings that received certification and registration in China in nearly a decade.
Three years since its inception, BCT has received many certifications and clearances from Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA), and its products are protected by various patents from countries worldwide and are used in many local hospital and clinics. Today, BCT is ready to embark on a new mission to introduce the advanced silver activated carbon wound dressings to the world.
In late 2014, BCT is expecting to receive CE mark Class III certifications and US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) Class II Marketing Clearances, the two most prestige medical device certifications, for KoCarbonAg® Antimicrobial Dressing and KoCarbonAg® Silver Bandage, the flagship products of BCT.
